CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96 -470
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. It AND FINAL
COUNTY ROAD 24/MEDINA ROAD - PHASE II
CITY PROJECT NO. 031
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and C.S. McCrossan Construction, Inc.,
as contractor, have entered into an agreement for County Road 24/Medina Road
Phase II, City Project No. 031, said agreement being dated July 18. 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of
the final request for payment.

1. That the original contract amount was $1,727,093.35. One change order
was approved in the amount of $3,807.30 and the value of the work to
date is $1,614,543.62 and is herewith approved. This project underran
the contract amiunt by $116,357.03 or 6.8%.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for County Road 24/Medina
Road - Phase U and certified to the Council by the engineer as
acceptable, being the same, is hereby released from the contract except
as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of
the owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work after final
payment.
3, Request for Payment No. 11 and Final in the amount of $61,412.63 to
C.S. McCrossan Construction, Inc. for County Road 24/Medina Road -
Phase It is hereby approved and th- City Finance Director is hereby
authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
