REQULRT FOR PAYMV:NT NO, 4 AND FINAL
PLYMOUTH CREEK CHANNEL CLEANING
CITY PROJEC I' NO.509
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Neumann's Enterprise, as contractor,
have entered into an agreement for Plymouth Creek Channel Cleaning, City Project
No. 509, said agreement being dated April 14, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of
the final request for payment.

1. That the original contract amount was $26,745.00. Two change orders
were approved in the amount of $7,200.00 and the value of the work to
date is $27,417.01 and is herewith approved. This project underran the
contract arrount by $6,527.99 or 21 %.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Plymouth Creek Channel
Cleating and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable,
being the same, is hereby released fi�om the contract except as to the
conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the
owner, requimd guarantees and correction of faulty work after final
payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 4 and Final in th. amount of $3,940.13 to
Neumann's Enterprise for Plymouth Creek Channel Cleaning is hereby
approved and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and
directed to pay the same forthwith.
Adopted by the City Council on September 4, 1996.
