AWARDING CONTRACT FOR ELECTRIC RESURFACING MACHINES
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received and opened at 2 p.m. on August 27, 1996, for
supplying two electric ice resurfacing machines, and
WHEREAS, one bid was received from the Frank J. Zamboni Corporation, and .
WHEREAS, the bid is in line with other such bids for electronic resurfacing machines,
and
WHEREAS, Northern States Power Company will give the City a $4,000 rebate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the award of bid for the supplying of two
electronic ice resurfacing machines be made to the Frank J. Zamboni Corporation in
the amount of $146,210.
Adopted by the City Council on September 4, 1996.
