RESOLUTION NO. 96. 466
DECLARING BIDS TO REMAIN OPEN
WHEREAS, no bids were received for supplying concrete curb and gutter at 2 p.m. on
August 27, 1996, in accordance with the proper advertisement for bid, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have concrete curb and gutter work completed prior to
November 15, 1996,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that bids will remain open until 2 p.m., Friday,
September 6, 1996, for the supplying of concrete curb and gutter for the ice arena
project no. 541.
