RESOLU11ON NO. 96-465
AWARDING ASPHALT CONTRACT FOR THE ICE ARENA
WHEREAS, bids were duly advertised and received at 2 p.m, on August 27, 1996, and
WHEREAS, one bid was received from Midwest Asphalt Corporation in the amount of
$148,800, and
WHEREAS, this was within the construction budget for this work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the award of bid for asphalt work will be
awarded to Midwest Asphalt Corporation in the amount of $148,800, and further, that
the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign contracts for this work, and further,
that all costs will be charged to ice arena project no. 541.
Adopted by the City Council on September 4, 1996.
