CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 96- 463
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR BUHLER, INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1100 XENIUM LANE
NORTH (96104)
WHEREAS, Buhler, Inc. has requested approval of a Site Plan Amendment to allow a
security fence and a Conditional Use Permit to allow outside at 1.100 Xenium Lane
North; and
WHEREAS, the property is more specifically described as Lot 1, Block 1, Reinhard
Industrial Park; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Buhler, Inc. for a Site Plan Amendment and Conditional Use Permit for
property located at 1100 Xenium Lane North, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Site Plan Amendment and Conditional Use Permit allows installation of a
security fence and outside storage, in accordance with the plans received by the City
on July 8, 1996, except as amended by this resolution.
2. 20 -foot wide gates shall be provided and a 20 -foot wide fire lane shall be
maintained through the fenced area.
3. The container storage shall be located on the existing hard surfaced area.
4. The applicant shall secure the appropriate building permits.
5. The Conditional Use Permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and
ordinances and violat`in thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
6. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals
per Ordinance provisions.
