DESIGNATING THE PROCEEDS FROM HOME DEPOT PROJECT TO THE
CONMUNITY PLANTING FUND FOR USE ON THE COUNTY ROAD 9 TREE
PLANTING PROJECT EAST OF I.494.
Whereas, the Home Depot project has been approved for development by the Plymouth
City Council on September 4, 1996; and,
Whereas, the City's Tree Preservation Ordinance requires that 5441500 be paid to the
City's Community Planting Fund for reforestation projects in Plymouth; and,
Whereas, the County Road 9 planting project was not fully funded in the proposed
1997 budget;
NOW, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that the
$44,500 payment into the Community Punting Fund from the Home Depot
development be designated for use on the County Road 9 planting project east of I-494.
Adopted by the City Council on September 4, 1996.
