RESOLUTION % - 456
APPROVING LAND USE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR MARFIELD, BELGARDE
AND YAFFE COMPANIES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST
QUADRANT OF COUNTY ROAD 6 AND I-494 (96075)
WHEREAS, Marfield, Belgarde and Yaffe Companies has requested reclassification of the
land use guiding from IP (Planned Industrial) to CS (Service Business) for a 13.96 -acre
property located at the northeast quadrant of I-494 and County Road 6; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Marfield, Belgarde and Yaffe Companies for reclassification of the land use guiding from IP
(Planned Industrial) to CS (Service Business) for a 13.96 -acre property located at the noâ–ºtheast
quadrant of 1-494 and County Road 6.
FURTHER, approval of the Land Use Guide Plan Amendment is contingent upon, and subject
to, the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council.
Adopted by the City Council on September 4, 1996.
