CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96- 454
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR LUCKY STAR, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license from
Lucky Star, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates,
and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in
no recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the
license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is hereby approved for Lucky Star, Inc., 10820 Highway 55,
for the period through June 30, 1997.
