RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 450
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO, 96-337
DESIGNATING A PORTION OF
EAST MEDICINE LADE BOULDEVARD
AS A SOUTHBOUND ONE WAY STREET AND
ESTABLISHING A TRAIL
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 96-337, the City Council designated that portion of East
Medicine Lake Boulevard from Lancaster Lane to Medicine Ridge Road as a southbound
one-way street and estab!ished a trail on the roadway; and
WHEREAS, during the final design for the installation of the one-way street, issues have
arisen regarding mail delivery; and
WHEREAS, a shoulder does exist along the existing roadway from 26' Avenue to
Lancaster Lane which can be used by pedestrians.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA. that Item No. 1 of Resolution No. 96-337 is
amended to designate only that portion of East Medicine Lake Boulevard from Medicine
Ridge Road to 20 Avenue as a one-way southbound street.
Adopted by the City Council on August 21, 1996.
