RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 448
ORDERING UPDATE OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
SCH IIDT LAKE ROAD
FERNBROOK LANE TO VICKSBURG LANE
CITY PROJECT 907
WHEREAS, street and utility improvements are required as follows:
Schmidt Lake Road - Fernbrook Lane to Vicksburg Lane
AND WHEREAS, said improvements were proposed as part of the 1996 Capital
Improvements Program; and
WHEREAS, an updated Preliminary Engineering Report is required to redefine the
necessary improvements and estimated coat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvements be referred to
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc. for an update to the current draft report and
that the engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by
advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some
other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
FURTHER, that the work shall be in accordance with the existing "Engineering Services
Agreement."
Adopted by the City Council on August 21, 1996.
