RESOLUTION NO. 96 -447
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE, PONDING, AND UTILITY EASEMENT
FERNBROOK WOODS 2`' D ADDITION
WHEREA pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Jeff Lindgren
has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage, ponding. and utility
easement:
The drainage, ponding, and utility easement whin Oudot F, FERNBROOK
WOODS 2ND ADDITION, according to the plat on file or of record in the office
of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY R SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and herety does, establish the date of
September 18, 1996 at 7:OC p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on August 21, 1996.
