REDUCING SITE PAPPROVENIENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
STATE FARM INSURANCE COMPANY/.AUTO SERVICE CENTER.(94017)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Final Site Plan and City Council resolution 94-207
approved on April 18, 1994, for State Farm Insurance Company, developer of the Auto
Service Center (94017), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Winter survivability of landscaping and As -Built utility plan submitted to the
Engineering department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $38,750.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which -*.-as submitted to guarantee site
improvements for State Farm Auto Service Center to a new financial guarantee total of
$11,625.00
