RELEASING SITE E%MOVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
LAUKKA WILLIAMS/PAREERS LAKE LITH ADD.(94032)
WHBRBAS, in accordance with the Final Plan/Plat and Development Contract
resolution 94-413 & 94-414 approved on August 01 p 1994, for Laukka Williams,
developer of Parkers Lake 11th Addition (94032), has agreed to install certain site
improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed the site improvements including winter
survivability of landscaping.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THBRBFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release C.D. in the amount of $12,641.50 C.D. which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Parkers Lake 11th Addition.
