RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
LAUKKA WILLIAMS/PARKERS LAKE 10TH ADD.(ASHBURNE)(93067)
LOIS 2,3, AND 4, BLOCK i
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Final Plan/Plat and Development Contract
resolution 93-445A & 93-445B approved on August 02, 1993, for Laukka Williams,
developer of Parkers Lake 10th Addition (93067), has agreed to install certain site
improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed the landscaping and winter survivability ;
and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED RY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the C.D.s which were submitted to guarantee site improvements for
Parkers Lake N. 10th Addition Lots 2,3, and 4, Block 1 (Ashburne) in the amount of
$160649.75.
