RESOLUTION 96 - 443
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
LAUKKA WILLIAM5/PARKERS LAKE N. 107H ADD.(93067E&F)
LOTS S, 6, AND 79 BLOCK 1
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Final Plan/Plat and Development Contract
resolution 93-445A & 93-445B approved on August 02, 1993, for Laukka WiWams,
developer of Parkers Lake 9th Addition (93067), has agreed to install certain site
improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Winter survivability of landscaping.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, MEREFORE, BE IT DEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $54,791.75 reduction of the C.D.'s which were submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Parkers Lake 10th Addition Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 1, to a new
financial guarantee total of $9,106.25
