RESOLUTION 96- 435
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PLYMOUTH PONDS, L.L.C.
FOR A PARTICIPATIVE ATHLETIC USE AT 3555 HOLLY LANE NORTH

WHEREAS, Plymouth Ponds, L.L.C. has requested approval of a Conditional Use
Permit to allow Participative Athletic Use for Planet Spirit Incorporated for property at
3555 Holly Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Participative Athletic Use would corsist o: providing training and
work-out space for cheerleaders, dance lines, and other similar activities; and,
%WEREAS, the property is more specifically described as Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth
Ponds Busims Park; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, tit it should and hereby does approve
the request by Plymouth Ponds, L.L.C. for a Conditional Use Permit to allow
Participative Athletic Use for Planet Spirit Incorporated for property at 3555 Holly
Lane North, bvbject to the following conditions:
1. The Conditional Use Permit allows Participative Athletic Use at 3555 Holly Lane
North, in accordance with the application received by the City on June 27, 1996,
except as amewled by this resolution.
2. The Participative Athletic Use is approved for a 6,000 square foot lease space.
3. The permit is subject to all applizabie codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
4. All parking shall be oMstreet in designated areas which comply with the Zoning
Ordinance.
