APPROVIIKG THE LABOR AGREEMXNT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICFS
"J,S), LOCAL 18, REPRFSENTV, G PLYMOUTH POLICE OFFICERS
FOR THE CALENDAR YEARS 1996 AND 1997
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and law Enforcement Labor
Services (LEIS), Local 18, representing Plymouth Police employees, have met to
negotiate a labor contract in accordance with the Public Employee labor Relations Act;
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported an agreement has been reached for the
period of January 1, 1996 through December 31, 1997.
NOW, TIMWORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the labor agreement between the City of Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor
Services, Local 18, for the period of January 1, 1996 through December 31, 1997; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on August 7, 1996.
