RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
PACKAGING SYSTEMS AUTOMATION/PARKING EXPANSION (94066)
WHEREAS, in accordance with a Site Plan Amendment and Variance approved by the
City Council on November 21, 1994, for Packaging Systems Automation. As the
developer of a parking expansion at 2200 Niagara Lane North (94086), they have
agreed to install certain site improvements; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all site improvements and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of tate financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M]NNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Cash in the amount of $2,960.00. which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Packaging Systems Automation.
