REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
CALIBER DEVELOPMENT CORP./NORTHWEST BUSINESS CENTRE (95131)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by the City Council on
January 23, 1996, Resolution 96-43; for Caliber Development Corp, the developer of
Northwest Business Centre (95131), who has agreed to install certain site improvements
for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a small portion of site improvements except:
Fences, Smen Strttdurm, Trash Disposal Enclosure, Curbing, Islands, Delineators,
Driveway, Parking Lot, Curb Cuts, etc., Landscaping Installation, Final Grading,
Water Quality/Erosion Control and As -Built Utility Plan submitted to the Engineering
Depertment.
WHEREAS. upon notice from the develeper, City staff has inspected said site and
recoramends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $40,000.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Northwest Business Centre to a new financial guarantee total of
$80,000.00
