REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
CALIBER DEVELOPMENT CORP./BASS LAKE BUSINESS CENTRE 11(96029)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by Administrative
Approval letter dated April 17, 1996; for Caliber Development Corp, the developer of
Bass Lake Business Centre 11 (96029), who has agreed to install certain site
improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a small portion of site improvements except:
Trash Disposal Enclosure, Curbing, Islands, Delineators, Storm Drainage Systems,
Driveway, Parking Lot, Curb Cuts, etc., Water Mases, Hydrants, Sanitary Sewers,
Landscaping installation, Final Grading and As -Built UtWty Plan submitted to the
Engineering Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $10,200.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Bass Lake Business Centre R to a new financial guarantee total of
$54,800.00
