RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 425
ORDER PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FOR
1997 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 701
WHEREAS, the 1995 biennial update for the Pavement Management Program made
recommendations for the 1997 Street Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering iteport to determine
the work required on each street in the areas recommended to be considered for the 1997
Street Reconstruction Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City Engineer is instructed to prepare a
Preliminary Engineering Report with all convenient speed advising the Council, in a
preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether
it should best be made as pruposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended.
Adopted by the City Council on August 7, 1996.
