CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96 -423
AUTHORIZING THE MATCHING OF LOCAL FUNDING AND
SIGNATURE OF CHALLENGE GRANT DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, The State of Minnesota, through its Board of Water and Soil Resources, has
made state grant funds available to Local Government Unit's for wetland planning, if a
Local Government Unit agrees to provide matching funds or in-kind goods and services;
and
WHEREAS, City of Plymouth (LGU) wishes to apply for up to $15,000 in state grant
funds and agrees to provide thatching funds or in-kind goods and services, up to the
amount of the Grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City of Plymouth (LGU)
authorizes the appropriation of $15,000 in cash or in-kind goods and services as a match
to state funds and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to sign the Grant Agreement on
behalf of the Local Government Unit.
Adopted by the City Council on August 7, 1%16.
