REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO.2 AND FINAL
COUNTY ROAD 61 (NORTHWEST BOULEVARD) PEDESTRIAN
SIGNAL
CITY PROJECT NO. 417
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Electric Service Co. Of Mpls., Inc., as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for County Road 61 kNorthwest Boulevard)
Pedestrian Signal, City Project No. 417, said agreement being dated March 4, 1996;
and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of
the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HE1EBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $24,390 and the value of the work
to date is $24,830.90 and is herewith approved. This project overran the
contract amount by $440.90 or 1.8%.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for County Road 61
(Northwest Boulevard) Pedestrian Signal and certified to the Council by
the engineer as acceptable, being the same, is hereby released from the
contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all
legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty
work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 2 and Final in the amount of $2,818.92 to
Electric Service Co. of Mpls., Inc. for County Road 61 (Northwest
Boulevard) Pedestrian Signal is hereby approved and the City Finance
Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
