RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 416
AUTHORIZE AMENDING A DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR THE
ROUNDS ADDITION BY EXTENDING THE CONTRACT TO
SEPTEMBER 1, M (95035)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the development contract for Rounds Addition
between John M. Rounds and Ruth A. Rounds and the City of Plymouth on August 1,
1995, Resolution No. 95-443; and
WHEREAS, the development contract will expire on September 1, 1996; and
WHEREAS, John and Ruth Rounds have requested that the development contract be
amended to extend the completion date to September 1, 1997; and
WHEREAS, this will cause no problems with any existing City services or utilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that it hereby does extend the completion date
for the Rounds Addition to September 1, 1997.
Adopted by the City Council on August 7, 1996.
