RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 415
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
PART OF 3e AVENUE NORTH (NOW KNOWN AS 31sT AVENUE
NORTH) RIGHT-OF-WAY IN
BLOCK 2, PLAYHOUSE INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, 100% of the
property owners adjacent to 31" Avenue have petitioned the City Council for the vacation of
the following street right-of-way:
That part of Wk Avenue North originally dedicated in the recorded plat of
PLAYHOUSE INDUSTRIAL PARK (now known as 31" Avenue North) which
lies easterly of the southerly extension of the easterly line of the westerly 292.00
feet of Lot 2, Block 2 in said recorded plat and lying westerly of the southerly
extension of the easterly line of Lot 1, Block 2 in said recorded plat.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HBREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of September 4, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on September 4, 1996.
