CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96- 407
APPROVAL OF INSTIT MON COMMUNITY WORK CREW PROGRAM
CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES (DWIGHT JOHNSON, MARK
PETERSON)
WHEREAS, the City Park's Department has a backlog of projects that would be delayed or
have difficulty in undertaking and
WHEREAS, it would be economically advantageous to utilize the Institution Community Work
Crew Program to complete these backlog tasks and
WHEREAS, this program has been well received by other communities and is available
through the State of Minnesota and
WHEREAS, as adequate funds are available within the 1996 and Proposed 1997 Park
Maintenance Budget and
NOW, T11BRBFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the contract with the Institution Community
Work Crew for services rendered in the amount of $22,252.09.
FURTHER, to authorize Dwight Johnson, City Manager and Mark S. Peterson,
Superintendent of Parks as designated contract signees.
