CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 96-405
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JULIA ROZHONSKY A FOR
PARTICIPATIVE ATHLETIC USE IN AN INDUSTRIAL BUILDING (96097)
WHEREAS, Julia Rozhonsky has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to
allow a Participative Athletic Use for property at 2440 Fernbrook Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Participative Athletic Use would consist of a gymnastics club for
children; end,
WHEREAS, the property is more specifically described as follows:
That part of the west 455 feet of the south half of the north half of the northwest quarter
of the northwest quarter lying south of the north 35 feet thereof except road in Section
27, Township I I8 North, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Julia Rozhonsky for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a gymnastics club
in the Industrial building located at 2440 Fernbrook Lane North, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The Conditional Use Permit allows a Participative Athletic Use at 2440 Fembrook
Lane North, in accordance with the application materials received by the City on
June 28, 1996 and July 10, 1996, except as amended by this resolution.
2. The Participative Athletic Use is approved for gymnastics club consisting of a
12,050 square foot lease space.
3. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
4. All parking shall be off-street In designated areas which comply with the Zoning
Ordinance.
