RESOLUTION NO. 96- 402
WHEREAS, The City Council has approved the application o the Minnesota Department of
Transportation for funding of this project on the behalf of the f :ity of Plymouth in 1994 and
1995, and
WHEREAS, The City Council resolved to act as sponsoring unit for `Greening Plymouth's
Entryways" project in past years, and
WHEREAS, a City CouncL Resolution authorizing application and designating an authorizes
primary contact person is a requirement to be included as part of the application for the
Community Roadulde Landscaping Partnership Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that The City of Plymouth authorize application for
the Mn/DOT Community Roadside Landscaping Partnership Program, and authorize Lara
Gens to bo designated as primary contact person.
Adopted by the City Council on August 7. 1996.
