AUTHORIZING NO PARMG RESTRICTIONS ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF 46TH AVENUE ADJACENT TO
TRAIL ACCESS TO ZACHARY PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, on -street parking has been noted on 46th Avenue from Armwood Lane to
Cottonwood Lane during the late afternoon and evening time periods during the spring,
summer and fall sports seasons from users of the Zachary Playfteid; and
WHEREAS, such parking creates potential pedestrian safety problem where the trail
intersects 46' Avzmu � -, n the Zachary Playfield.
NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CrrY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that it hereby authorizes the installation of signs
at the following locations:
No Puking anytime on the south side of W Avenue for 20 feet on either side of the trail
located between Lot 10, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 3, Deerwood Estates Plat Four.
FURTHER, that a stop sign be installcd for traffic on the trail before entering 4&
Avenue.
