RESOLUTION NO. % -396
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING
PARKERS LAKE NORTH 11TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate Drainage and Utility Easements and Drainage
Easement for Ponding in Parkers Lake North 11th Addition; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for July 24, 1996 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior
to the meeting of July 24, 1996; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on July 24, 1996 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of Drainage and Utility Easements and Drainage
Easement for Ponding in Parkers Lake North 11th Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following Drainage and Utility Easements
and Drainage Easement be vacated:
All drainage and utility easements and all drainage easements for ponding
purposes, over, under, and across Lots 11 through 23, inclusive, Block 1, Lots
1 through 3 inclusive, Block 2, Lots 1 through 12 inclusive, Block 3 and Oudot
C, all in Parkers Lake North 11th Addition, according to the plat thereof on file
L-A of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
