RESOLUTION 96- 395
APPROVING CORPORATE NAME CHANGE FOR
OFF -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSES HELD
BY GATEWAY FOODS, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has issued off -sale 3.2 malt liquor licenses to Gateway Foods, Inc.,
d/b/a Rainbow Foods at 10200 6th Avenue North and at 4190 Vinewood Lane; and
WHEREAS, the licensee has notified the City that the corporate ownership has changed from
Gateway Foods, Inc., to Fleming Companies, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the proposed change has been reviewed by the Police Department and no
problems have been found.
NOW THEREFORB, the City Council hereby approves the corporate license change from
Gateway Foods, Inc., to Fleming Companies, Inc., for the locations licensed to sell off -sale
3.2 malt liquor at 10200 6th Avenue North and at 4190 Vinewood lane.
Adopted by the City Council on July 24, 1996.
