CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. %- 394
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.4 FOR COUNCIL CHAMBERS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared for the Council Chambers Renovation
Project providing for changes as outlined, and
WHEREAS, these changes arc required or will improve the operational effectiveness of the
building, and
WHEREAS, these changes will not impact on the completion schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 4 for the Council Chamber
renovation Project No. 506 for Parkos Construction is approved in the amount of $1,371 and
increase the total construction costs to $266,215. The total prc a vthorization shall remain
at $668,000.
Adopted by the City Council on July 24, 1996.
