RESOLUTION 96- 391
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CARL UNRATH FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 11209 SUNSET TRAIL (96072)
WHEREAS, Carl Unrath has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to place
290 cubic yard of fill at 11209 Sunset Trail; and
WHEREAS, the legal description of the subject property is as follows: Lot 6, Block 4,
Shoreline Acres, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Carl Unrath to place 290 cubic yard of 811 at 11209 Sunset Trail, subject
to the following conditions:
1. The Conditional Use Permit is to place 290 cubic yard of fill at 11209 Sunset Trail
to improve drainage conditions and create a more usable play area on the property.
2. Prior to issuance of the required grading permit,
revised plan that identifies the lot lines, and that is
engineer.
3. Standard Conditions:
the applicant shall submit a
signed by a registered civil
A. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
B. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Improvement Performance
Agreement for completion of this site improvement within twelve months of
the date of this resolution.
C. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinnnees, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
