RESOLUTION %-375
RELEASING SITE RUPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
TURCH, INC./3000 CAMPUS DRIVE (94146)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Administratively Approved on November
08, 1994,- for Turck, Inc., developer at 3000 Campus Drive (94146), has agreed to
install certain site improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all of the site improvements including the
winter survivability of remaining landscaping.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, TORE, BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MH4NBSOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the $625.00 Cash deporit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Turck, Inc.
