RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
OPUS CORPORATION/SELECT COMFORT (95033)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the site plan that was approved by Administrative
Approval Letter Dated May 24, 1995; for Opus Corporation developer of Select
Comfort (95033), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said development;
and,
WHI3RSAS, the developer has completed all of the site improvements including the
winter survivability of landscaping and As -Built Utility Plan submitted to the
Engineering Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEMORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, U24NEOTAl that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the $4,000.00 Bond which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for the Select Comfort parking expansion.
