REDUCING S17E IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
CALMER DEVELOPMENT CORP.BASS LAKE BUSINESS CENTRE (95102)
WEMW, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by the City Council on
October 249 1995 Resolution 95-608; for Caliber Development Corp. developer of Bass
Lbe Business Centre (95102), has agreed to install certdn site improvements for said
development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Installation of seed along the east property line and winter sure vab ft of
landscaping installed, placement of the trash dumpster inside the fenced
enclosure and As -bunt utWty plan submitted.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the complexed work;
NOW, SORB, BE rr HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $65,600.00 reduction of the I.Wer of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Bass Lake Business Centre to a now financial guarantee total of
$5,500.00
