RESOLUTION NO. 96 -359
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
HUGHSTON ADDITION - 41ST AVENUE
STREET AND UTILITIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 537
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 96-95 of the City Council adopted the 7th day of
February, 1996, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the improvements to
Hughston Addition - 41st Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of 33 foot wide 7 ton
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and
watetmain, turd all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 6th day of
Manch, 1996, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon;

1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted February 7, 1996 except as revised herein,
2, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc. is designated as engineer
for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
3. The street width shall be reduced from 33 feet to 28 feet wide.
Adopted by the City Council on June 26, 1996.
