APPROVING A FIRE CODE VARIANCE FOR DUFFY DEVELOPMENT CO. FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1:600 MEDINA RD. (96071)
WHEREAS, Duffy Development Co. has requested a Fire Code Variance for property located
at 15600 Medina Rd.; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Inspector recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Fire Code
Valance to eliminate the fire lane on the east and north aides of the proposed expansion
subject to the following conditions:
1. The Variance is needed for the construction of an addition to the IMR building as shown
on the plans received by the City on May 28, 1996.
2. Compliance with the Fire Inspectors Memo dated June 14, 1996.
