RESOLUTION % - 350
APPROVING VARIANCE FOR FRANCIS AIHE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
12400 -28TH PLACE NORTH (96066)
WHEREAS, France Aihe has requested approval of a Variance to allow a rear yard
setback of 18 feet for a two-story roon, addition where 25 feet is required by the
Zoning Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as Lot 24, Block 3, Medicine
Lake Estates Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT htEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA`., that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Francis Aihe for a rear yard setback Variance based on the finding that
the Variance standards have been met, and subject to the following conditions:
1. This Variance n.-.-MitS construction of an addition 18 feet from the rear lot line,
in accordance Kith t:ie plans received by the City on April 25, 1996.
2. Compliay cc with all applicable Building Codes.
Approved by the City Council on June 26, 1996.
