RESOLUTION NO. 96- 335
APPROVAL OF MAPLE CREEK PARK PLAY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for Maple Creek Park for the City of Plymouth
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and the bid proposals were received and opened on June 10, 1996 and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Minnesota Playground, Inc.
Flanagen Sales, Inc.
Earl F. Anderson, Inc.
$38,925.00
$42,604.80
$52,507.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Minnesota Playground, Inc is
declared the lowest responsible bidder for new play equipment for Maple Creek Park and
accepts their bid in the amount of $38,925.00
FURTHER, that finding is as follows:
