CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96 -330
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 10, COUNTY PROJECT NO. 7408
CITY PROJECT NO. 812
WHEREAS, Agreement for participation in the construction and operation of a new roadway
and traffic control signal system on County State Aid Highway Na. 10 from Nathan Lam to
I.494, Hennepin County Project No. 7408, Agreement No. PW 56-17-91 was approved by
the City on February 24, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the agreement is between the County and the Cities of Maple Grove and
Plymouth and an amendment is necessary as it relates to the traffic control signal system in
Maple Grove at the east and west ramps to TH 494.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that said Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement is
approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Amendment No. 1 to Agreement, PW 56.11-91, Hennepin County Project No. 7408, City
Project No. 812.
