RESOLUTION NO, 96 - 328
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
FOR PONDING IN PARKERS LAKE NORTH 11TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Larry Laukka
of Laukka Development Company has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following drainage and utility easements and drainage easement for ponding:
All drainage and utility casements and all drainage easements for ponding
purposes, over, under, and across Lots 11 through 23, inclusive, Block 1, Lots
1 through 3 inclusive, Block 2, Lots 1 through 12 inclusive, Block 3 and Outlot
C, all in Parkers Lake North 11th Addition, according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of July 24, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
