RESOLUTION % - 326 ,
REDUCING SITE EMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
PREME BUELDERS INC.IHICKORY HILLS VILLAS (94091)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by the City Council on
September 19, 1994 Resolution 94565; for Prime Builders Inc. developer of Hickory
Hills Villas (94091), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said
development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Installation of remaining landscaping and winter survivability, final lift of
asphalt in drives and submittal of as -built utility plan to the Engineering
department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $48,951.20 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Hickory Hills Villas to a new financial guarantee total of $32,842.80
Adopted by the City Council on June 19, 1996.
