RESOLUTION % - 325
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
CARLSON REAL ESTATE COMPANY /TIiIE TILE SHOP (95023)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by the City Council on
May 020 1995 Resolution 95-271; for Carlson Real Estate Company developer of The
Tile Shop (95023), has agreed to install certain site improvements for srid
development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Installation of remaining landscaping and winter survivability, Mal lift of
asphalt In driveway, parking lot, fire lane and submittal of as -built utility pian
to the Engineering department,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $139,000.00 reduction of the Cash deposit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for The Tile Shop to a new financial guarantee total of $20,000.00
Adopted by the City Council on June 19, 19%.
