RESOLUTION 96.324
RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
CALIBER DEVELOPMENT CORPJANNAPOLIS BUSINESS CENTER (95029)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by Administrative
Approval Letter Dated April 199 1995; for Caliber Development Corp. developer of
Annapolis Business Center (95029), has agreed to install certain site improvements for
said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed the winter survivability of landscaping, final
lift of parking lot asphalt, and submittal of As -built utility plan to the Engineering
Department and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Letter of Credit in the amount of $3,750.00 which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Annapolis Business Center.
