CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96-320
APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
RICHARD A. HENNING, DOING BUSINESS AS PLYMOUTH
CONVENIENCE STORE, 17405 COUNTY ROAD 6
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 liquor license from
Richard A. Henning doing business as Plymouth Convenience Store, 17405 County Road 6;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
off -sale 3.2 liquor license is hereby approved for Richard A. Henning, doing business as
Plymouth Convenience Store, 17405 County Road 6, for the period through June 30, 1997.
Approved by the City Council on June 5, 1996.
