APPROVING CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS RENOVATION CHANGE ORDER NO.3
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared for the Council Chambers Renovation
Project providing for changes as outlined below;
1.
Add forty-seven (47) name signs

WHEREAS, these changes are required or will improve the operational effectiveness of the
building; and
WHEREAS, these changes will not impact on the completion schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCH, OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTHO lkw4NESOTA, that Change Order No. 3 for the Council Chamber
Renovation Project No. 506 for Parkos Construction is appn,ved in the amount of $5,328 and
increase the total construction costs to $264,844. The total project authorization shall remain
at 5668,000.
