RESOLUTION NO. % -310
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
1996 TRAIL WROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 417
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the
City's Consulting Engineer, Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch,
specifications for the 1996 Trail Improvements an
specifications to the Council for approval;

has presented such plans and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
trade a part hereof, are herehv approved.
Z. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to W inserted in the official
paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plans and
specifications. The advertisement shall be published once, shall specify
the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City
Clerk until i0:00 a.m, on July 10, 1996 at which time they will be
publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center
building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City
Manager and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the City Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid
bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five percent of the
amount of such bid.
