AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE AMENDED AGREEMENT
BETWEEN JEROME P. BEGIN AND BETTY A. BEGIN, NORTH
SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT, INC. AND THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
CAMELOT OVERLOOK ADDITION (93035)
WHEREAS, a condition of approval for the final plat of Camelot Overlook included a
requirement that Jerome P. Begin and Betty A. Begin, North Suburban Development, Inc. and
the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement for the maintenance of Old Xenium Lane south of
County Road 47 to the property line of the Begin property in lieu of using Yucca Lane for
transportation of their term equipment; and
WHEREAS, a new agreement has been prepared eliminating the axed for Old Xenium Lau.
access for farm equipment; and
WHEREAS, the amended agreement requires die City to maintain that portion of Xenium Lane
south of the Begin's north property line.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the amended
akreement concerning the use and maintenance of Old Xenium Lane within and adjacent to
Camelot Overlook Addition.
